Harris and Me is a book about a young city boy whose parents aren’t quite fit to be raising him so he gets sent off to live on his aunt and uncle’s farm. His cousin, Harris is about the same age as him and his other cousin, Glennis, who is a little older live on the farm, too. He and Harris do many fun, adventurous activities that you can imagine any young farm boys would do. Read the book to find out all of the fun adventures these two wild boys experience and learn what happens in the rest of the story that could be a shock or something you expected because you never with them.
I would give
this book four out of five possible stars because, while it wasn’t the best
book out there that I have ever read and some of the parts were too gross for
me, it did meet most of my expectations and was told well by the author. I
would recommend this book to anybody that likes adventurous stories about
children. I rated it 4 out of 5 stars.
